How to order a pet portrait
Once you have decided on your portrait, ordering is straightforward. Follow these steps and complete the order form,

Timing
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your portrait to be completed. At busy times of the year, such as the approach to the Christmas Holidays, you may need to allow much more time. If you want a specific date for delivery, please enter that into the order enquiry form and we will do everything we can to meet that deadline.
International
Although based in the United Kingdom, orders are accepted from anywhere in the world.

Photographs
Your portrait will be created from photographs you supply. The better quality those photographs, the more the artist has to work with to capture your pet's individuality and character. Digital images are fine (and very practical), providing they are a suitable resolution and clarity.
The best photographs are those taken in natural daylight, without a flash. If you are in any doubt as to whether the photographs you have are suitable, please get in touch.
Deposit
All orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit once we have agreed the size and arrangement of the finished portrait.
Payment processing is currently handeled by Paypal for security, which means you can easily pay by credit card or debit card, even if you do not have your own Paypal account. Additional ways to pay will be available soon.
Final Payment
Once the portrait is complete and you are happy with it, the remaining pre-agreed amount will be due. We can then ship your unique and original pet portrait to you!
